What you get

Amazon Drive provided cloud storage for any file type, including documents, videos, and photos, with 5GB free for Prime members and paid tiers for additional space. Files uploaded via the web, desktop apps, or mobile apps synced and could be accessed from any device. It also supported basic file sharing via shareable links.

How it works

Users uploaded files through the Amazon Drive website, a desktop client, or a mobile app, and could then browse, download, or share them from any signed-in device. Amazon phased out the service starting in late 2022, blocked new uploads on January 31, 2023, and shut it down entirely on December 31, 2023, directing users to Amazon Photos instead.
