A free workout log with a built-in exercise library organized by muscle group (plus support for custom exercises), workout routines, and the ability to group exercises into supersets or circuits. You can track progress over time, export your training history as CSV, and back up data to device storage, Dropbox, or Google Drive. The app has no ads.
You log each exercise, set, weight, and rep count as you train, either following a pre-defined routine or entering exercises on the fly. Logged data can then be reviewed, exported, or backed up to the cloud.
