Enterprise customer data platform for real-time personalization
mParticle ranks #5 of 8 in Customer data platforms, with an Alt Score of 83. It is proprietary and available on the web. 13 of 13 checklist rows are verified against a public source.
mParticle is an enterprise CDP that unifies customer data across channels, builds real-time audiences, and connects to marketing, analytics, and warehouse tools.
Enterprise and mid-market multi-channel consumer brands (retail, media, QSR, finance) whose engineering and marketing teams need a unified, real-time customer data platform spanning app, web, and warehouse data.
A customer data platform that collects events via client/server SDKs, resolves identities into unified real-time profiles, builds and activates audience segments, enforces data governance and consent, and forwards data to 300+ prebuilt destinations or directly into a customer's own warehouse (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) via Warehouse Sync. Now marketed as "mParticle by Rokt" following Rokt's 2025 merger/acquisition of the company.
You instrument apps and sites with mParticle's SDKs (or connect existing sources/warehouses), define a data plan/schema to validate incoming events, and mParticle's identity resolution engine unifies data into per-user profiles in real time. Teams then build audiences and consent-aware forwarding rules in the web console, activate them to downstream destinations or back into the warehouse, and query real-time profile data via the Profile API. All plans are quote-based (value-based/credit pricing via sales contact); there is no self-serve free tier, only a 30-day Analytics trial.
