An encrypted vault stored locally on your device, with optional sync via your own cloud storage (Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, iCloud) or a self-hosted WebDAV server like Nextcloud or a home NAS. Enpass never has access to your data since nothing passes through its own servers. It stores logins, credit cards, identities, and notes, generates and autofills passwords, and works fully offline. A one-time purchase unlocks all features permanently, as an alternative to a subscription.
You create a master password that encrypts a local vault file, then optionally point Enpass at a cloud storage or WebDAV location to sync that encrypted file across your devices. The app autofills saved logins in your browser and other apps, and generates new passwords as needed.
