Passwords and passkeys are stored in your Google Account, encrypted, and synced automatically across any device where you're signed in. Chrome and Android autofill saved credentials at sign-in. Passkeys let you sign in with your device's screen lock instead of a password, and are also synced across your signed-in devices.
When you save a password or create a passkey while signed into your Google Account in Chrome or on Android, it's stored in Google Password Manager and synced to your account. You can view, edit, or delete entries anytime at passwords.google.com, in Chrome settings, or in the Android password manager, and run Password Checkup from any of those to review flagged accounts.
