You create a project, break it into tasks with durations and dependencies, and assign resources, and GanttProject renders the schedule as an editable Gantt chart while flagging the critical path. Projects are saved as local files (or synced via GanttProject Cloud) and can be exported to MS Project or PDF/image formats for sharing.
